Manche Hunde brauchen etwas Zeit, um zu verstehen, dass die Matte angenehm kühlt und ihnen guttut. Hilfreich ist es, die Matte am Lieblingsplatz auszulegen oder den Hund kurz darauf zu platzieren, damit er merkt, wie angenehm die Kühlung ist. Viele Kunden berichten, dass ihre Hunde die Matte nach kurzer Eingewöhnung sehr gut annehmen. Sollte dein Hund sie trotzdem nicht nutzen, greift selbstverständlich unsere 30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie.

Das Kühlpad ist so konzipiert, dass es die wichtigsten Körperbereiche (vor allem den Bauch) effektiv kühlt, ohne dass der Hund auskühlt oder sich unwohl fühlt. Laut Tierärzten sollte die Kühlung maximal 10 °C unter der Umgebungstemperatur liegen – genau darauf ist die Größe und Kühlleistung unseres Pads abgestimmt.

Die umliegende Fläche ist bewusst so gestaltet, dass der Hund selbst entscheiden kann, wo er gerade Abkühlung braucht und dabei trotzdem bequem liegt.

When you're on the go, you can easily power your coolnis dog mat with our to-go adapter for your cigarette lighter. The adapter is not included with the mat, but can be conveniently ordered in our shop.

But very important:
Our cooling mat isn't a substitute for fresh air or attention. It makes car rides more pleasant for your four-legged friend, but it's not a license to leave your dog alone in the car in the summer. Even with cooling, this can be dangerous.

The cover of the mat has an extra coating to make it easier to clean. Simply wipe the cover with a damp cloth. You can also easily wipe down the housing of the cooling unit.

ATTENTION: The cover is not suitable for the washing machine!

To achieve optimal cooling performance, you should only use the cooling pad in the coolnis cover.

Our microclimate control technology actively cools the mat, allowing it to stay cool permanently.

Our product runs on a 12 volt connection. This is very safe due to its low power. All other electronics are safely installed in the box and therefore not accessible to your dog.

Yes, but of course you need a power outlet or a 12 volt connection. Also make sure that the device and the mat are not in direct sunlight.

PS: Your dog shouldn’t lie in the blazing sun anyway.

Yes, if you are not convinced by our mat, you can return it within 30 days and get your money back. Please note the right of withdrawal. Basically, we are a young company, so do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

That depends on when you put the mat on. A noticeable cooling effect usually occurs after 10 minutes. The maximum effect depends on the environment and your dog. The maximum effect is achieved after 60 minutes at the latest. The cooling effect is then maintained permanently.
