IMPORTANT : The car adapter is not included in the package. It can be purchased separately in our shop.

• Of course, the use of the cooling mat should always be voluntary for our dogs. They must be allowed to decide whether and for how long they want to use the cooling provided.

• Do not use the device in direct sunlight.

• The sides of the box with the holes should always be 20 cm away from the wall to ensure proper ventilation.

• Use only coolnis covers. These materials have been tested to deliver the best cooling results.

• For transport purposes, you can remove the water connection from the side of the box. This ensures that the water stays in the system and doesn't leak out.

• Condensation may occur. Simply wipe away and ventilate.
