If your dog gets too warm, he will seek out the cold of the mat and will leave the mat again if he gets too cold. So you don't need to worry about your dog freezing.
When you're on the go, you can easily operate your coolnis dog mat with our to-go adapter for the cigarette lighter.
The cover of the mat has an extra coating to make it easier to clean. Simply wipe the cover with a damp cloth. You can also easily wipe down the housing of the cooling unit.
ATTENTION: The cover is not suitable for the washing machine!
To achieve optimal cooling performance, you should only use the cooling pad in the coolnis cover.

Our product runs on a 12 volt connection. This is very safe due to its low power. All other electronics are safely installed in the box and therefore not accessible to your dog.
Yes, but of course you need a power outlet or a 12 volt connection. Also make sure that the device and the mat are not in direct sunlight.

Yes, if you are not convinced by our mat, you can return it within 30 days and get your money back. Please note the right of withdrawal. Basically, we are a young company, so do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
That depends on when you put the mat on. Usually, a noticeable cooling effect occurs after 10 minutes. The maximum effect depends on the environment and your dog. The maximum effect is achieved after 60 minutes at the latest. The cooling effect is then maintained permanently.
